The Miracle Miles is a walking program for those who are new to cardiovascular exercise and daily walking. It is a gradual build up to increased cardio fitness. The Pathway of Promises is a walking program for intermediate walkers who have a strong basline level of cardiovascular fitness and already walk several days a week.
Both programs will encourage you to read the Bible each day, memorize scripture and grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus. At the same time, strenthening your cardiovascular fitness level.

The more, the merrier! Yes, we encourage you to invite a friend or family member to join you. It gives you both accountability, great company, and someone to share in the scripture lessons and the wisdom you gain from the study.
Each of the programs have recommended time frames in which to complete the mileage. However, there is no judgement or penalty if you aren't able to complete all of your miles in the suggested timelines. Take all the time you need! And repeat the program as many times as you need to.
Tracking your miles can be as simple as keeping notes in the booklet! If you use a smartphone app to help, there are many free options for both Apple and Android phones including Map My Walk, Strava, Fit Bit App Mobile Tracker, Walkmeter, GPS, Nike Run Club, Zeopoxa, and many more!
